Why we publish these

Every number comes from the same published price list, so the estimate here is the estimate you would hear on the phone. What a calculator cannot do is load-test a pack, and every summer we find carts quoted for batteries whose actual fault was a charge port, a charger, or a corroded cable baked by the heat. That is what the on-site diagnostic is for, and the service call is applied toward the repair.
